Happy 2008!
We took a break from the blogosphere over the holidays and for most of the month of January. For those of you that commented on the site and didn’t get a response from me yet, my apologies! I will be returning responses from email shortly.
There have been a few inquiries regarding a February game like we had last year (which was one of the most fun events we had in ‘07). Brad and I are discussing a game and will post something on the site, and send out an evite - within the next week or so if we decide to have a game next month.
For those of you who regularly play with us, we’ve been invited by Joe to play with a group of his friends the morning of the 16th at Pev’s field in Leesburg from 8:30am - 12pm. If you’re interested send me an email and let me know - I want to give Joe a headcount sometime this weekend.
Can’t play on the 16th and don’t want to wait for us to decide on a game date? Check out Skyline and Hogback’s websites for their upcoming events:
And just a reminder…Valentine’s Day is coming up! For you ladies out there, paintball gear (or heck, maybe just coming out and playing with your guy!) is typically preferred over the Hallmark recommended flowers/plants and chocolate. ;) And for you guys, if your lady comes out and plays regularly, maybe a trip to the spa after a weekend game would be a nice surprise.
Stay tuned for more updates and news!
Cheers!
-Jen
Since Decembers game was the last game of the year, I thought it’d be nice to do a little “year in review” of this years past games/honorable mentions. Unfortunately we didn’t record anything (because I hadn’t started this site yet!) for our games from Feb. - Apr., so I apologize about that.
Check out this past years Hard Core, Best Run and New Folks honorable mentions! Thank you to all who came out, became regulars, invited new folks again and again, and for making our games so much fun every month. We look forward to 2008 and all the paintball we’ll play then!
Happy New Year!
-Jen & Brad

I saw this video and had to post it for the 4th of July.
(Not that I’m encouraging anyone to try this…even though it does look dangerously fun.)
Have a Happy (and safe) 4th!
Between our site getting more hits, our regulars talking about our games and bringing friends, and the constant paintball-talk Brad & I do to total strangers, I thought it might be nice to do a quick post for anyone new checking out this site!
Our upcoming game(s) are located at the right of the page (and under “Upcoming Events”), and we have a ton of information listed under “Newcomers” and “About Us” at the top of the screen for anyone new who wants to find out more information.
If you have any questions and would prefer to contact one of us (Brad or Jen), just drop us a comment on any of the posts (I’ll get a notification with your email - you don’t need to post it in your comment.) and I’ll email you back with 24-hours.
It looks like our games June - August will be played 1/2 days at Hogback Mountain in Leesburg - so now is the perfect time to try paintball out for the first time, invite some friends, or get back in to the fun of it.
Anyone can come out - we play beginner-to-intermediate games, so no crazy-supped up paintball markers or professionals, please! Bring your friends, wife/husband, girlfriend/boyfriend, kids…whatever!
…a new paintball gun as a wedding anniversary present. Yep, I finally have my own now!
(Just had to share with all you guys that come with us regularly and ask me when I’m going to get my own gun.)
4 Year Anniversaries are fun.
(Thanks to PicFury for the image hosting for my pic!)
May 7th - 12th Pev’s is having a huge anniversary sale - and it’s really worth checking out: click here.

Admit it, you have a MySpace page. Want to add another friend to your 1,000,000-person Friend’s List? Check out Paintball 2Xtreme’s MySpace Page here.
And if you haven’t checked out PB2X’s website yet, go to our “News” section and click on the link - they’re an awesome magazine and source for paintball info, gear, and updates!
