Q&A:
Does it hurt?
No! Well, maybe a little - but not as bad as everyone thinks it will. Besides, if it really hurt, do you think that so many people would play week after week? It only hurts if the person who shoots you is in very close range (10 feet or so - in which case, they’re an arse, and you should shoot them back.) It’s like getting hit with a rubber band, you feel it for a second, and then it’s gone (and by then, you’re adrenaline is pumping and all you can think about is getting back on the field and shooting somebody!)
I don’t have a gun, can I still play?
Yes! Most of us use the rental guns which makes the play even.
How much does it cost?
There are different packages for the day and they’re different depending on what field you go to.
Skyline: The one that most people choose to purchase is the all day pass for $38.00 which includes your gun/mask/unlimited air fills and 500 paintballs (which, depending on how aggressive you are, should last you the whole day.)
Lunch is either McDonald’s or Burger King, so if you estimate $5-$10 for that, the total cost for the day is around $50.00. (Not bad for entertaining yourself all day long, and getting some darn good exercise!)
Hogback: Half-day events are $45 for folks renting a gun which includes your gun/mask/500 balls of paint, all-day air fills and the field fee. For those of you bringing your own gun it’s $30.

How many people will be playing?
As long as we get a private game (99% of the time we do) there can be between 14-20 people playing. Invite your friends!
What about kids? Can I bring mine?
Sure! Just make sure that you’re okay with us shooting them, and that they’re mature enough to handle the rules and the game.
* All Paintball fields require that a waiver be signed for kids under the age of 18. The waiver MUST be signed by the parent or guardian, we will not sign for anyone who has not gotten their parents signature/consent to play.
* While safety is #1, we are not babysitters for anyone under the age of 18. If you send your child with us, know that we will do our best to watch over them and keep them safe, but their health and safety is ultimately their responsibility. We assume that by sending them with us, you trust that your child is mature enough to handle themselves playing paintball without doing something stupid and/or injuring themselves. If you don’t think they are, you may want to come and play or not send them to one of our games.
* We assume that anyone coming to play with us is paying their own way. If your child comes with us and does not have enough money to play, or to buy more paint to continue playing, then they’ll have to sit out for the remainder of the game.
* We do carpool, but in order to carpool with us, you must have the means of getting to our house or meeting point; we do not pick people up at their houses.
What should I bring with me?
1. Gloves. Getting shot in the hand is uncomfortable; you can pick up a cheap pair of gloves at Home Depot or Target, or use your old winter gloves. Anything to protect your hand.
2. Water. You’re running around all day, you’ll want to stay hydrated.
3. Plastic bag/Towel, for when you’re ready to go home and may need to wipe off any dirt/paint off your clothes or shoes. (We bring an extra plastic bag to put our shoes in, in case it’s muddy out, and change shoes before driving home.)
4. Sunscreen. (If you don’t want to get burned.) Just because you’re moving around and wearing a mask doesn’t mean the sun isn’t going to scorch your skin.
Will the paint from the paintballs stain my clothes?
No, the paint is water-based so it’ll wash out of anything.
Speaking of clothes, what should I wear?
Wear clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty (you’re probably going to get some form of mud or dirt on you) and that’s comfortable. If you check out our pics you can see people wear anything from camouflage to gym clothes to jeans or, if you want to be really crazy, just a t-shirt and shorts.
During the summer it’d be best to wear some light layers and during the fall/winter wear heavier layers. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes that you can run around in, and don’t mind getting dirty.
Any tips?
HAVE FUN!
Don’t bunker down somewhere and try to hide! Everyone knows where you are, it’s just a matter of reaching you. Move around!

I want to bring my 12 year old son and 22 year old son in law on either Friday Nov. 23 or Sat. Nov 24th.
We have never played.
Sounds fun !
Do I need to make reservations ?
Any further suggestions other than what your website offers ?
Thanks, Mark
I love paintball. Used to play often in TX. How do I get information on your upcoming events?
